HOW TO MAKE DOG BONES

Make your dog naturally delicious bisquits in a variety of flavors.

Watch this short video to see just how easy it is to make perfect bone-shaped treats for your dog. No need for a dog treat recipe. Simply refer to your bag of mix or the products page for your flavor of mix for details on the amount of oil and water needed, and how long to bake the treats.

 

Here are the simple steps reviewed in the video and listed on each Natural Annie™ treat mix label.

1) Place mix in bowl; add water and oil (amounts vary per mix flavor). We recommend olive oil, but you can use any cooking oil.
2) Mix together. It will look a bit dry. Using your hands, form dough into a ball. Work it together.
3) Place dough on lightly floured surface. Roll out 3/8" thick. Cut into shapes.
4) Bake at 300º (length varies per mix flavor).

 

 

HOW TO MAKE TRAINER TREATS

The steps for making speedy snax are the same as for making dog bones, except in step four you use a knife rather than a cookie cutter.

2) Mix together. It will look a bit dry. Using your hands, form dough into a ball. Work it together.
3) Place dough on lightly floured surface. Roll out 3/8" thick. Score dough in a grid pattern.
4) Bake at 300º as directed.

 

 

HOW TO MAKE PILL PACKAGES

The beauty of homemade pill packages is you can make as many or as few as you need. So there's never any wasted leftovers. And you can make them out of any flavor of Natural Annie™ pet treat mix. Watch this video to learn the secret of the hollow treat!

 

Here is a list of the steps reviewed in the video. Steps 1 – 4 are the same as speedy snax.

1) Place mix in bowl; add water and oil as directed. We recommend olive oil, but you can use any cooking oil.
2) Mix together. It will look a bit dry. Using your hands, form dough into a ball. Work it together.
3) Place dough on lightly floured surface. Roll out 3/8" thick.
4) Score dough into 1" x 1 3/4" rectangles.
5) Roll a piece of dough around the handle of a wooden spoon or pencil.
6) Pinch dough ends together, then slide off utensil and bake at 300º as directed.
When it's time to give your pet medication, put the pill in the hollow treat and fill ends with peanut butter.

 

 

HOW TO MAKE CATNIP COOKIES

Make your favorite feline a special treat with Natural Annie™ Crazy-4-Catnip cat treat mix. No need for a cat treat recipe. Just follow the simple steps in this video to make the best little cat cookie around.

3) For piping effect, cut a tiny corner off a plastic bag; place icing in bag and squeeze onto cool treat.
4) For glazed effect, spread icing onto cool treat using a knife.
5) Let dry overnight.
